Whether you’re in town for business or pleasure, this 2 bedroom duplex is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Leetsdale is 1 mile from the charming town of Sewickley, PA and about a 25 minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh. We have a few services we offer such as grocery service, charcuterie, & other services depending on your length of stay. We are a pet friendly property. However, you must let us know that you are bringing a pet. This house was fully remodeled in 2019 with a new kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms & bathrooms and maintains a clean space. The home is minimal but cozy and still has all of the essentials. Everything is provided for you to enjoy your stay in Leetsdale, PA! Guests have access to the entire side of the duplex which includes a small front yard, a side yard, a porch, a back patio & a driveway. The guest can use any part of the property. My husband and I live about 5 minutes away so if there is something the guests needs please reach out to us. This is a neighborhood where each house is a duplex. It is very family friendly and quiet. It is located right next to the town's high school. There is a gravel driveway big enough for two cars. The left back burner on the stove does not work. The hot and cold on the shower are reversed so the hot is cold and the cold is hot.
