A sprawling farmhouse on a spacious plot spread over 1.3-acres, this is ideal for large families who want a break from the steel and dust of city living and to relax amid nature. Built with eco-friendly materials like wood and bamboo, this aesthetically-pleasing dwelling incorporates traditional architecture while providing all the necessary modern conveniences. The indoor open courtyard provides ventilation and cooling even in summer and is lovely to hang around and chat in the evenings. It is quite secluded but still accessible , secure and in a gated community, with 24 hours security and a caretaker. The garden outside provides soothing views of greenery and fruit trees and kids will love playing here. The entire house is available exclusively for one group at a time. Guests will have access to the entire house including a well-furnished kitchen with gas, refrigerator, water filter, utensils and basic ingredients for cooking. The caretaker is cordial and is always ready to help. He can assist with cooking and can make tea. He may be able to organise food at very reasonable price. The menu is listed in the pictures. Besides, there is a hotel (Sangarila) about 4-5 Km away. It’s advisable to call them before reaching there and preorder the food. The caretaker will have the number of the hotel. The campus has a dam and there is a beautiful waterfall closeby. There is a hotel 3.5 km away in the Rameshwar-Vaibhav area, an easy drive. It serves good food. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy nature walks and trips to the nearby waterfall during monsoon. Other easily accessed sites include Kawale dam ( at 5 km), Pali Temple (at 15 km), a white-water rafting site (at 25 km) and the amusement park Adlabs Imagica (at 31 km). Best is to use the private transport. There is a large parking within the property. The internal roads inside the community have street lights. There is an inverter power backup in case of power failure. However, outages are rare. Though the cellular connectivity is poor, you can usually catch some signal near the main door. While there is no air-conditioning, there is an air-cooler. Please carry back the empty bottles or cans of alcohol that you might consume. This will help us preserve the environment. There is no recycling mechanism in the area.
