Beautiful cosy Shepherds Hut - North Wales

Kingfisher Escapes introduces the luxury Shepherds Hut. Sat within a wide open field next to the picturesque River Ceiriog, creating a tranquil environment for a home away from home experience, allowing you to switch off, relax and recharge! The Hut has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and comfortable double bed. Outside there is a wood fired hot tub large enough for two people to sit and relax. Combined with the fire pit & picnic bench it is the perfect space for enjoying the surroundings This is the ideal way to experience nature in comfort! The hut has an electric wood burner style heater. Double bed, fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, full sized oven, two ring induction hob, kettle, toaster, radio, water heater, bathroom (shower and toilet) With its vintage style charm, this is the perfect setting to relax and unwind, the Hut is warm and cosy in the winter, making it the perfect get away all year round. The location is secluded and peaceful, you would need a car to get to and from the shepherds hut to get to the local villages and pubs. Parking is right next to the shepherds hut. If peace and quiet is what you’re after, then this is the place for you. The Shepherds Hut is set within a large field, alongside the River Ceiriog. With adventure on the doorstep, embark on one of four walks beginning at the front door around the local countryside. The town of Chirk is around 10 minutes away and has a Spar, butchers, bakery and some some lovely small restaurants. Llangollen is also a short drive away, roughly 20 minutes, and has a whole host of adventures you are able to book, things such as kayaking, axe throwing and rock climbing. The Shepherds Hut is in a secluded location, you would need your own transport to get to and from the hut. There are some really good and cheap local taxi companies should you need. The Hut doesn't have it's own wifi, it is designed so that you get away from the stresses of day-to-day life. We live on a farm so there is always fresh produce and we now pasteurise our own milk which you can enjoy throughout your stay. You are more then welcome to come and see the cows and fully emerge yourself in country life with walks along the river and around the farm.
