Room with self serve coffee, tea and oatmeal #2

This is bedroom #2. If you would like to book both rooms at once, see listing #3 for larger groups. Relax in peace in a private bedroom. My home has everything you need for your Hollister trip including wifi and self check in. Wake up in the morning with coffee, tea and a light breakfast in the morning to help you get started with your day. All common living areas are accessible to guests (kitchen, living, dining, backyard, etc) Pets on property include 2 overly loveable cats and 1 lazy dog. Bedroom Simple room with a twin size bed with clean linens. TV in room, dresser and a closet to house your items. There is a desk in the room for you to have a place for your laptop/items if you need to do work or classes. If there is anything random that you may need at last minute, don't hesitate to ask. I may have it available to accommodate. Kitchen Fully equipped. Dining room table is available to eat at or there is also an eating area in the backyard. Mini fridge for guest use, microwave, coffee pot, water kettle for tea. Host provides coffee, tea, oatmeal and fruit. Livingroom Has an 80 inch tv with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime and HBO max available to watch. There are some basic family board games available, scrabble, hungry hippo, monopoly, sorry, cards against humanity, etc. Backyard Patio seating around a propane firepit. Many trees between my yard and the neighbors make it a great spot for listening to the birds and enjoying a peaceful setting within the city. There is a table with an umbrella that makes a nice small dining area. There is a jumbo connect 4 game and jenga. Stays 2 nights or longer can enjoy access to the fire pit and pellet grill in the backyard. The grill is large and can accommodate cooking multiple types of food at once. There is a wifi meat thermometer to help you monitor your meal while it is cooking and will provide the pellets for you to use. I give all guests the space they want. I am always welcome to conversation and even if I'm not on site, I am reachable by phone or text. If you prefer less interaction, I will take your cue and do my best to give you the space you require. This is a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac with family oriented neighbors. Within walking distance to Lucky's grocery store, Grillin and Chillin Alehouse and McCarthy Park. Close to downtown Hollister where you can enjoy Restaurants, coffee shops, bars and bakeries. There is a grocery store and a park within walking distance. A short drive can get you to Monterey, Carmel Valley and Santa Cruz. Can also commute to San Francisco for a day trip. In our backyard is Pinnacle National Park where you can enjoy some great hiking trails, scenic drives or find some birding hot spots. If you want to spend a day on a dirt bike or atv, Hollister Hills is also close by. We are also close to the Cinega Valley Wine trail. Casa DeFruta is a great place to spend a day. There is 1 additional airbnb room in the house so the sound of early morning conversation/breakfast prep in the kitchen can be expected.
