Located within the Leiria District of Portugal, our newly renovated villa is perfect for anyone who wants to explore Portugal's Silver Coast. The villa features a large backyard surrounded by nature; The villa offers 4 bedrooms; 3 bathrooms; large kitchen; open living/dining room; entertainment room; library; art room; and laundry room. The villa is 15 minutes from Leiria city center, 20 minutes from the nearest beach, 30 minutes from Nazare, 1.5 hours from Lisbon, and 1.5 hours from Porto. Our clean and modern villa is flooded with natural light and perfect for all 4 seasons in Portugal. The sleeping space consists of four bedrooms. One bedroom and bathroom is located downstairs. The three remaining bedrooms and two bathrooms are located upstairs. Surrounding the house is a front and back deck. All rooms in the back of the house have expansive sliding glass doors that lead out to the backyard area, which is equipped with a large outdoor dining table with seating for eight, along with two additional lounge chairs. The backyard is enclosed with a large wall separating the villa from a scenic forest area. Nearby parks surround the villa, along with walkable trails, with the nearest beach just a 20 minute drive away. And for those that would rather stay inside, the house is equipped to keep you occupied all day long. Check out the library/study for a good book. Get creative in our art room, equipped with art supplies, an art easel, art paper and more. Hang out in the entertainment room and play a game of jenga, monopoly, cards against humanity, uno, and more! Have some fun playing a game on our Play Station, or simply sit back and watch a movie on our 75-inch television. Or maybe spend the evening in - making your favorite villa-cooked meal in our large kitchen space and enjoying it in our serene backyard space. Whether you decide to stay put or go out, there is so much to do in and around this villa! Our neighborhood is so great! We are a quick drive away from a major city center (Leiria) and the beach, but we're also on a quiet residential street so we truly have the best of all worlds. FREE WEEKLY MAID SERVICE: For guests staying seven consecutive days or more, an additional cleaning will be included during the stay. The cleaning will include a change of linens as well as an entire cleaning of the house. There will be no additional charge for this extra cleaning, as it is a service we like to provide to our long-stay guests to ensure that they can enjoy a comfortable, clean space throughout the duration of their stay at our home. GUESTS: Only the guests on the confirmed Airbnb reservation are allowed on the property. Extra guests must be approved by owners in advance of the reservation and are subject to additional fees. PARTIES: Parties and/or events are not permitted at the property. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm until 8:00am. PETS: Pets are not allowed on the property. CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning (e.g. bedding and laundry turn over, surfaces, floors, etc.). Additional cleaning fees may be incurred for excessive mess (e.g. excessive dishes; furniture, flooring, linen stains; etc) PHOTO / VIDEO SHOOTS: Our home is not to be used for photo / video shoots without approval by owners in advance of the reservation and are subject to additional fees. SECURITY CAMERAS: We have 24/7 video security cameras on the exterior of the property. These security cameras are focused on the entryways and designed to maintain privacy while enjoying our home. IMMIGRATION and BORDERS SERVICE - Portugal Immigration and Borders Service: Since Portugal has enforced a law requiring host to record the entry, exit, and identification details of all non-Portuguese guests we will kindly ask you to give your personal information before checking in.
