We provide a stylish interior, where you will find everything you need for a pleasant private living, including a modern kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix, washing machine, and heated floors in the bathroom. You can have breakfast and barbecue in the evening on the spacious terrace, as well as the surrounding garden on the edge of the forest with hammocks, a relaxation area with a stream, and a fireplace for grilling. Of course, there is also private parking right next to the house with your own entrance. Pets are welcome for an extra fee of 500 CZK per stay (20EUR). A new luxury wooden sauna and whirlpool overlooking the valley is already included in your stay. Everything is open all year round right by a private stream on the edge of the forest. A massage whirlpool with a temperature of up to 40 ° C will ensure you romantic relaxation in any weather. Our wellness is shared for all 3 houses but it ensures complete privacy for all and is already included in the price. Very easy from the main road - no 4wheels drive needed. On the way to Bohemian Homes, please drive first into the village Horni Podluzi and from there you continue driving up to the top of the hill, where our cottages are. Please don't take the back road through Studanka - sometimes navigation can take you there and there is a high possibility, that you get stuck there in the snow as the road is not maintained. Great spot for winter activities. The ski resort is only a 5min drive from us in Horni Podluzi and offers ski school, rentals, and lots of options for cross-country skiing too.
