Twenty-seven apartment - studio on the river bank

Cosy small apartment with independent entrance, located at the beginning of via Milazzo, on the right bank of the Ticino river - just a few meters from the Ponte Coperto and the main street (Strada Nuova). The studio is characterized by a main room with a comfortable queen-size bed and a separated kitchen (tea and coffee available to guests). Free WI-FI and AIR-CONDITIONING. Possibility of bicycle storage and bike rental. !!! The apartment is disinfected with OZONE before each check-in !!! The space is composed by: (1) a living room with a dining table, a small desk, a new queen-size bed (140 cm) and a big wardrobe, (2) a fully-stocked/equipped kitchen (pots, pans, cups, plates, etc.) with MICROWAVE, electric oven, and Nespresso coffee machine, and finally (3) a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Guests have access to the apartment unit (studio of about 30 sq m) and the area in front of the house entrance. In fine weather guests can sit on the bench in front of the house, relax and enjoy.. I live upstairs, so for every need I'm available in person (or via App if I'm away for work). At the same time, I leave my guests the privacy they need. BUSSES - The area is well served by public transport. The nearest stop is "Ghinaglia" (200 meters from the apartment). From there it is possible to take the bus n. 1 (which crosses the bridge, then Strada Nuova up to the Castle), n. 6 (which runs along the Lungoticino and continues towards the railway station), n. 22 (direct to the station). CAR - If you arrive by car, you can park in the nearby via Trinchera (white lines) or in via Milazzo, the street where the apartment is located. You will see that the parking lots of via Milazzo are coloured in yellow.. This means that in this area the parking for non-resident people is allowed only during the night (from 7pm to 8am) and at the lunch break, the rest of the day they are dedicated to residents. The apartment is regularly registered at the 'Sportello Unico per le Attività Produttive' of the Municipality of Pavia as 'holiday apartment'. The Reference Identification Code (CIR) is the following: 018110-CNI-00024. At the check-in for each guest will be required a valid identity document, in order to be able to transmit the data to the Police Headquarters (mandatory procedure in Italy for each accommodation).
