Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Westfield 5 minutes, Theme Parks 7 minutes, Gold Coast 20 minutes, The Broadwater 20 minutes. SeaWorld 25 Minutes, Surfers Paradise 30 Minutes, plus a local Shopping Centre nearby and Westfield very close. Ideal for Family's. Our house is almost new and is spotless, with quality beds/linen, excellent kitchen, modern bathrooms, a BBQ and outdoor setting with a nice garden. Plus high speed broadband. "Relax" This is a 4 bedroom house with dining and lounge plus a modern kitchen. There is also a nice patio area with outdoor seating. All beds are new, there is plenty of hanging space with built in cupboards and draws, hangers are provided. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge is needed. Lovely garden area. Now with a 4 burner BBQ We have a Key Box Bob Quiet street in a new area. There is room for two cars on site, you can walk to Westfield and the Railway Station. 20 to 30 minutes. Theme parks about 8 minutes dive. There is a small shopping center on the estate with a supermarket and takeaway food shops. This is strictly a no party or large gatherings house. We love our neighbors and ask that you respect their privacy, and keep noise to a minimum especially after 9pm.
