We offer a full kitchen, large dining area & cozy living room complete with a brick fireplace. There is plenty of yard space, so if you want to bring outdoor games, feel free! The best part is the location though: You're a quick drive away to Evansville's East side & an even quicker drive to Newburgh's adorable riverfront walkway, complete with shopping & restaurants. Large, spacious 4 bedroom (1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Full and 1 Sofabed in living area) and 2 bathroom home - one floor. Lots of outdoor space for lawn games. Large master bedroom with attached master bath. Fully equipped kitchen for entertaining. Cozy wood burning fireplace in family room. Cathedral ceilings in living room with antique checkers game to play. The 2nd garage is not included in rental. You can use everything in the house and attached garage except the wood burning fireplace and cleaning closet. This listing is in a perfect location - only a quick drive to Evansville or a quick drive to downtown Newburgh which has a gorgeous riverfront walking area and locally owned shops! Restaurants are very close by, too. This listing can fit up to 6 cars in the driveway, which is great for larger group stays! If you don’t have a car, you can rent from several places here in Newburgh/Evansville (Enterprise). Uber/taxi services are also available.
