Tucked away in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is our newly renovated annex. It is situated in an acre of land including a lake that is surrounded by trees and wildlife. The back door opens to Loggerheads Country Park comprising of beautiful walks and stunning views. A cafe within the park is a great option for brunch and hot drinks. Across the road is a lovely pub for quick bites, slap up meals and a tipple. Or the handy Spar shop has most things you may ever need, 1 min walk Enter the grounds through the gates and park up next to your private entrance on the right side of the garage/annex. Proceed up the stairs and be welcomed by a comfortable living area with the open plan kitchen for preparing and cooking meals ready for an invigorating hike or a cosy night in. Cereals, milk, orange juice, tea, coffee, and sugar are available to help get your day started in the morning. The bedroom has a double bed and two side tables with bedside lights, and an ensuite with toilet, sink, mirror, shower and heated towel rail. The annex is for your private use. You are welcome to wander the garden and view the lake. There is a table you can use if you would like to set up for a picnic next to the lake and see if you can spot our friendly ducks with their ducklings. The entrance to the annex is on the right side of the garage and up the stairs. We live in the house adjacent to the annex so you will see us from time to time, feel free to ask us any questions or for information about the area. You can also contact me by phone or email. Loggerheads Country Park and cafe - next door. We Three Loggerheads Pub - over the road. Convenience store and petrol station - 1min walk. The popular Moel Famau mountain - 7min drive or 3.5hr walk round trip. The Historic market town, Mold - 8min drive. Theatre Clwyd - 10min drive. Molds award winning golf club - 5min drive. As we live in a valley, we get little to no phone signal. We do however have WiFi (up to 40mbps) for WiFi calling and Internet usage. So you can either switch off to the world or stay up to date and in touch.
