With lots of things to do on your day out be safe and hope y’all enjoy your stay🙏🏼 I also do event hosting up to 8 guest from 12:00pm-12:00am $250 and sleeping conditions the same sleeps 2 till check out 12:00pm and if there is more than 8 guest there will be a $30 charge for each guest after 8 people also after 12:00am if there is more than 2 guest staying over it will be $30 as well for each guest Living room area and bedroom and bathroom and kitchen Pool table ,ping pong table ,Nintendo switch, projector I will be in the premises so just knock on my room door if there’s anything you need but more than likely there’s already going to be everything you need on your stay 2 blocks away from local deli and Chinese restaurant and around the corner there is farrockaway beach The A-Train is beach 36 two blocks away from my apartment also u can Uber or lift if that satisfy you during your stay also to there is a Walmart and shopping areas 30 min from listing This place is smoke friendly
