Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. Walkers Cottage is a great place to come and unwind, in summer to sit on the terrace with a glass of wine and look out at the stunning view.Or in Winter to sit by the fire place after a long day skiing with a cup of Tea.. We want you to feel at home in our home. (please remember to bring a little cash to pay for the holiday taxs this is extra and unfortunately can not be avoided 2.20chf per person per night) The Walker family, will be at your disposal for any of your holiday question. We hope that you come as guest and leave as Friends. Our region has so much to offer in Any season, not far from the beautiful lake in summer and the skiing in winter. All along the lake there are lovely places to visit or take the boat across to Quinten the beautiful quaint town with great places to go for a meal or do some spectacular hiking. Although we do suggest to have your own transport, there are buses and train transport available in the area. Also the cable car is just a 10min walk down then up to Flumserberg for some great hiking, Rodelbahn or climbing or Skiing,Snow shoe walking or sledging in winter. You are able to ski in and out in winter when there is enough snow. from Flumserberg you take the Terzen run , that is a free run ( not prepared) almost to the house. Have a little understanding for the neighbors that live quite close. To respect their privacy.
