Cozy little flat - terasse - free parking

Welcome in our charming, fully renovated, 100 year old house. You'll have your own private space with everything you need in the middle of a typical german village with very well infrastructure. Free Wifi, using bicycle for free (deposit 50 €), free parking area in front of the house, TV, coffeemachine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 2 ceramic glass hobs, dishes, silverware, pots, bedclothes, towels. Single bed:a mattress on the floor might be added for a 2nd person for 10 €/night (incl. bedding). Free access to a courtyard with table and chairs under a tree. Restroom in a seperate room at the same floor, also used by office members.Free access to washing mashine,clotheshorse, dryer, microwave, another fridge, a freezer and storage space in the basement. Free parking lot in front of the house. Free bycicle using. I do a lot of business travelling and won't be every day in the house. But you can reach me all the time via my cellphone. Once a month we all have a dinner together, where everybody brings something for the buffet. You are very welcome to share the time with us. Very good infrastructure in the midst of a intact village structure close to Ettlingen. Very nice, friendly and safe neighbourhood. In a walking distance:: 2 supermarkets, 3 bakeries, 2 banks, restaurants, doctors, hairdresser, churches, tennis courts, a wonderufl lake with a beach and a water fountain for swimming Bus stop (3 min. by foo), line 110, runs every 20 minutes in rushhour to Ettlingen-city (travel time 5 min) Tram stop (8 min. by foot), route (Website hidden by Airbnb) 32, runs every 30 min. during rushhours to Karlsruhe HBH (travel time 8 min.), Rastatt and Baden-Baden. Free access to an own bycicle (deposit 50 €) . With it possible to catch the trains S1 and S11 at the tram stop Ettlingen-Erbprinz too (running all night long). There's a safe cycleway along the street, illuminated all night long, 12 minutes ride). Taxi station at tram stop Ettlingen-Erbprinz too (5 minutes ride, costes roughly 10 €, depending on the time). Shower, vanity and sink are inside the flat, the restroom is on the same floor at the end of the little hallway. It can be used by other tenants too, but usually they don't, because thea have got their own toilet on the 1st floor. You are very welcome also to use their bathroom, if you want to take a bath, or use the kitchen with microwave. oven, disher.....and there's small little garden in the front of the house too for all of us:-)
