Lakeside bungalow suite - fishing & wildlife!

Stay in our Lakeside Bungalow guest house, which has everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay—lake views, king size bed, Smart TV, private patio w/ firepit, private 2-car garage, & more. Our property is located on a small lake that is perfect for fishing, kayaking, paddle boating, & wildlife watching. We often see turtles, deer, great blue herons, geese, frogs, fish, & lightning bugs. Guest house shares one wall (your kitchen wall) with the main house. 2 very friendly small dogs on site Guest house has all the following private amenities and more: full kitchen, shower/tub bathroom, Smart TV, walk in closet, 2-car garage, private patio with private gas firepit… Your private fully stocked kitchen has a 2-burner induction cooktop, countertop oven, air fryer, coffee maker, and much more. Guest house comes with a double garage, a private patio with lake views, firepit, and lattice for privacy, and guests can also feel free to enjoy our lakefront deck with covered roof. We live on site in the main house and are available should you need anything at all. You may see us on our front porch or enjoying the lakefront deck once in a while, but your guest house, patio and side yard are all completely private. No one will be over there except with notice to take care of the lawn and plants on that side of the house :-) Also, we do have an extra fridge and some equipment as well as an exit door from our house that is part of your garage so once in a while you may see us grabbing something from that fridge or whatnot. *30 mins from ATL airport* Distance from movie studios: Trilith (Pinewood): <15 mins Tyler Perry: 30 mins Blackhall: 30-35 mins Atlanta Metro: 25 mins OFS/Gwinnett: 45-60 mins Car is suggested. Nearly every store you can think of is within a 15-minute drive of our home: Target, Publix, Kroger, Home Depot, Walgreens, Walmart…you name it! Guest house shares one wall (your kitchen wall) with the main house. Occasionally you may hear our dogs barking if someone rings the door bell ;-) or when one of us comes home. You may get to meet our 2 friendly Pomeranians when we bring them outside. They may bark but they are very friendly and never ever bite. The thermostat for the central air/heat is in the main house but don’t worry - we keep it very comfortable in the summer (AC @ 68-70) and we also provide a strong portable heater if you’d like it warmer in the winter. Laundry access can be provided for a small fee and at a set time. If your stay is 5 nights or longer, laundry access is free. *Please read House Rules before you book-this is a strict no pets property, sorry! We don’t want to stress out our 2 dogs.
