Charming single home located in a Delaware County. Hardware floors throughout the entire home. Just minutes away from transportation, restaurants, shopping centers, malls , movies, groceries stores, gas stations, laundry mat and more. Eight miles from Center City Philadelphia The house was built in 1930 and the hardwood floors are original to the home, so there are some squeaks. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is transportation near the home and if you drive the is plenty of free parking on the street, however there is only parking on one side of the street. Although the rooms hold two guest, I will only accept one guest per room for extended stays.
