Simple bull nosed home. Enjoy your breakfast or a cuppa while relaxing amongst the greenery on our quaint front veranda. 6 minute walk to Noarlunga Centre and train station. 4 minute drive to the beach, 25 minute walk. 12 minutes drive to the beautiful wine region of McLaren Vale. We hope you will feel welcomed and at ease in our little home. A pleasant place for anyone unless you need a 5 star hotel experience. Our cat Milo, will enjoy your company on occasion. We have a few renovations needed in the lounge room but your room will provide ample space and comfort. Our family is me and my 14 year old son. We rise early for the school run and I’m in and out for work. Our garden is a nice spot to relax and breathe in fresh air and visit with the hens. Uncomplicated and practically situated, an ideal location for travelers and those who enjoy the great outdoors. Full access to home except other bedroom and outside studio. We are a busy family of two plus cat, and hens. I’m happy to share information about the local sights if you need advice. A pleasant 5 minute walk to Wallis cinemas. Ample street parking. The Noarlunga train station is a 6 minute walk away. Airport is approximately 35 minutes drive. Easy driving distance to some great beaches and surfing spots, awesome wineries including my favourite organic boutique winery..
