Our lake house is a cozy spot right on lakeshore of lake Ossiach. With us, you are exactly right, if you are looking for comfortable apartments and want to have your privacy. Recreation seekers can relax on the lakeside and, due to its ideal location you can find a high number of leisure activities in the region. the apartments are nicely designed and ready to give you a great holiday. From the balcony you can look across lake Ossiach and enjoy the area directly by the water. There you can use the lawn in front of the house. There are sun beds ready for your use. There is direct, private access to the water - swim at your own risk. There is a phone available to phone us with any questions , problems etc. We are also happy to help with advices. there is a touristinfo in the surroundings. We live about 10 minutes . from the accommodation and can be at the lake property in a few minutes in case of troubles. It is a very quiet spot on Ossiachersee. there are quite a few Restaurants near, and some beautiful small local Restaurants situated on the mountain. to go shopping or dining you might need a car or bike (or good feet ;)) Bus and train stations are in walking distance of 10 minutes. For damages must be adhered to, the use of the swimming access is at your own risk ! there is no fence - not suitable for small children.
