An amasing park, with Entertainment, Pub, Restaurant , Swimming Indoor pool, playgrounds for kids, dogs area playground, game room, shop...everything you need.My place has whatever you will miss in any other place on the park: private parking for one car, a fishing decking, a gourgeous lake view, a nice decking to spend your time with family or , why not having a descreet party :) of course with common sense limits. Just have a look at the pictures, you will figure it out soon :) My caravan is located in Coghurst Holiday Park, in Hastings, East Sussex, on Ivyhouse Lane, postcode TN35 4NP. The park has walking areas, dog yard , swimming pool, restaurant with pub, a little basic shop and free parking everywhere you find a place. The electricity and the water are included in your price, however you pay your own gas as you need it.(Comunity fee is £35 for your own gas) You are provided with clean bed linen, but you must bring your own towels. The caravan has probably anything you need, if you need something else, please just ask, if I can, I will provide happily, if not I am sure we can find a way around. The day you come you will get a text message with a code for the lock box which will release the keys to get in. In the caravan you have also the park regulations, please read them and follow instructions and guidance.. You are provided with clean bed linen, but you must bring your own towels. You have all the appliances you need, all bed linen , big screen tv K4 Sony, you also can use the barbecue outside, please be careful about fire anywhere. Advice to guests making a new booking Following the recent publication of the latest government guidelines, we are now accepting new holiday bookings with an arrival date of 3rd July onwards. If the situation changes during the coming days or weeks, we will of course update this website accordingly Advice to guests with an existing booking We regret that all bookings with an arrival date up to and including Thursday 2nd July will be cancelled and guests will be offered a choice of either re-booking to another date, holding all payments until a new booking is made or requesting a refund. Full details of your options are explained below. We are sorry for the delay Please accept our sincere apologies for the time it takes to contact the many thousands of holiday guests that have booked a holiday with us. Our team of holiday support agents are working tirelessly from home and have limited access to our systems. We are telephoning guests in order of original arrival date and are currently speaking to guests who were due to arrive on holiday within the next 10 days. We are doing our very best to improve this timescale and regret that we are unable to open our telephone lines at this stage. You may access anything in the van or outside, in case you are not sure, please just ask. However, if you break something, things are happening sometimes, pls just let me know and we will find a way for you to replace it in the quickest posible time.At the end I will charge you for a gas bottle used: 39£(for less than a week) or 72£ for longer than a week. I just want to give you your space, but if you want me to come around, I will. Please note that the park pool and entertainment site is rulled by the Holiday Park , you must purchase a permit with 5£/person for your entire stay. To get around just follow directions on your sat nav to Hastings, Ivyhouse Lane, TN35 4NP. Once you are in the park , please let me know and I will show you around, or guide you over the phone.
