Lovely 3 bedroom period property on the river

Welcome to Number 2 Skellfield Terrace, an Edwardian House located on one of the most famous, photographed streets in Ripon. We are located in the Cathedral quarter and the house overlooks the river - and happily, just over the footbridge is the lovely Water Rat Pub. The house is cosy, newly renovated and sleep 5 across three rooms. We do have chickens that reside at the house safely away from guests in an enclosure, they are very happy to provide you with fresh eggs for your stay. There is a kitchen, downstairs toilet, a dining room with French doors onto the terrace, a lounge and upstairs, a single bedroom, a family bathroom, a double room and a king room . Both the lounge and dining room have open fires. This is our family home so expect to still see things like food in the freezer etc, we will clear space for you and make sure you have room to put all of your things. We have private parking for one car, there is on street parking near by and guests can walk into town in 5 minutes. Please do be aware the property has hens - they are very well behaved and won't mind sharing their eggs with you. They like lettuce and blueberries :)
