Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, with this charming apartment in one of the most desirable streets in Las Vegas. The apartment was recently renovated in the tradition of this historic neighborhood but with a touch of modern style to create a special home away from home. The apartment is in a quiet established neighborhood. It is located within walking distance to most popular restaurants, a new Starbuck, and grocery store. Plenty of space. Living room with a work station and full size kitchen. Large bedroom and full size bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, features a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig, electric kettle, Air fryer and all utensils needed to prepare meals. Fully stocked with coffee and tea. The bathroom are stocked with shampoo and soap and a blow dryer. An iron and board are provided, The unit has heaters, A/C, ceiling fans, a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu and etc., and WIFI with Ethernet if you need to work. We can only accept one dog, 20 pounds or under with a pet fee. Private entrance and off street parking. A security screen door to enter the apartment. Code and instruction will be proved upon booking. Las Vegas, NM is super charming. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, festivals at the historic plaza on the weekends. Easy to spend a full day just wandering around, meeting people and enjoying the awesome views. The area is surrounded by unique architectural Victorian style, pre-1800’s homes. It’s quiet and friendly. Several food and beverage options. A few of the favorites include breakfast or lunch at Charlie’s Spic & Span, El Rialto or grab to-go burritos or tacos at Abraham’s Tiendita or Olivia’s. Also, on the plaza, JC’s NYPD Pizza it’s all about family, food and fun. Newly opened Starbuck 2 blocks away. Historic district of downtown Las Vegas to Carnegie Library, New Mexico Highland University, plaza park and walking distance to grocery store, farmer’s market and drugstore a few blocks to the plaza. Semilla Natural Foods (a few block south) for all yours grocery need. A short 10 minute drive north to Montezuma brings the Armand Hammer United World College (UWC) of the American West occupying a historic Queen Anne styled structure resembling a castle nestled in the hillside. Overlooking the canyon, you can find “no cost” natural hot springs in Montezuma, as well as the Dawn Light Sanctuary. Easy access to Interstate 25 and a network of country roads. You can take a scenic drive to Santa Fe, Taos, and other northern communities. If you like hiking visit the magnificent Hermits Peak with breathing-taking views. For water activities visit Storrie Lake State Park or Murphy Lake for fishing, swimming or boating. Plan a day trip north to the Fort Union National Monument or south to the Pecos National Historical wilderness area to the Santa Fe National Forest. Other places to visit, National Wildlife Refuge, Red River, Sipapu Ski Resort, Angel Fire Ski Resort, the Rio Grande Bridge and the Taos Pueblo.
