Peaceful 4 bedroom bungalow with wildflower meadow
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. It is nestled in approximately three acres of beautiful wildflower meadow, and has river frontage leading directly onto Barton Broad. Built in the late 1960's the property is spacious and light, with a modern kitchen and a big living/dining space for socialising and relaxing. There is a lovely decked area with outdoor seating, a barbecue, and a table tennis table; perfect for spending relaxing time outside and watching the sun go down. This home is situated in the Norfolk Broads National Park, and next to a butterfly reserve, so you are well and truly immersed in nature. There is so much to see. It is also less than 30 minutes drive from the coast where there are gorgeous beaches from Sea Palling, Waxham, Horsey, and further afield. I am available by phone to answer queries for you. If I am busy I will always call back as soon as possible. I want you to have a wonderful easy calm stay there. Because it is a rural spot, a car is needed to get around. There is space for many cars (10+ although hopefully you won’t need that many!) to park at the property. Because it is very rural, the WiFi comes through a dongle and is fine but not fast. Hot spotting from phones is usually absolutely fine. My neighbour has access through the garden to his mooring on the river, so he sometimes walks down the hawthorn hedge to the river. He is friendly and keeps himself to himself.
