Bedroom with shared bath 8 Oaks Homestead

This is a room providing single or double occupancy with a private bath and large stall shower. Cable tv can be provided at request. There is plentiful closet and drawer space, large mirrors. wifi is available free of charge. The house is air conditioned. We welcome people of all backgrounds. This is a beautiful four bedroom home in the suburbs close to manhattan. three of the bedrooms are for sleeping and the third is used as a sitting room for ironing etc. There is parking, well water, and coffee or tea for breakfast. I currently live in the home but travel frequently. I am in a very quiet suburban neighborhood with excellent access to highways. Train to Manhattan is 8 mins away by car. With no traffic the George Washington Bridge is 30 mins away. There are two natural parklands in town. One has lakes and kayaking.
