I am an owner resident living on top level, I am available if I am on premises when you arrive I will meet and greet you & show you around your private self contained lower level. The neighbourhood is a quiet area, limited traffic on road as many residences are holiday homes and weekend getaways. Just you, calls from the curlews, kookaburra’s and lapping of water ashore.
