This B&B has a lovely Double Bedroom within this 1725 Grade II listed property located in Pulborough on the edge of the popular South Downs. This beautiful double bedroom overlooks their lovely garden and you have the use of your own family bathroom and is DOG FRIENDLY. Breakfast is provided (cooked breakfast at weekends and croissants during the week in their dining room which you can use and relax in along with their beautiful garden and parking to the rear of the house for one car. This is a pretty double garden room which overlooks the rear garden. Next door is the utility room for you to use which has tea and coffee facilities. You have the use of your own bathroom. Breakfast will be provided in their lovely dining room and you can also have this room to yourselves to relax in which is lovely with the inglenook fireplace. With their spacious hallway plenty of space to hang coats and boots. You can gain entrance to their carpark to the rear from Cray Lane and there is space for one car. This property is located on the main A29 so there will be some noise of traffic but this double bedroom is situated to the rear of the house so noise is reduced. This is the perfect location for cyclists, walkers and hikers with an abundance of walks and trails nearby. This is an ideal location not far to historical Arundel with its castle, Goodwood, 20 minutes to Worthing, 40 minutes to Brighton and 30 minutes to Chichester Just around the corner up Cray Lane and across the road you are right on the edge of the South Downs. There is Pulborough mainline railway station with its London links within walking distance. This room is within this pretty historic property which was once a forge where people stopped to show their horses on route to London situated on Stane Street which was the first Roman road built in the UK which lead from Chichester to London. The ground opposite is where the horses where tethered, hence it is common land. The coach wheels were made and mended at the house next door called The Wheel Wrights. This property did becomes a farmhouse at one time.
