Private Studio near Snowdon & Zip World

Croeso / Welcome to Blencathra Bach, a charming studio in Bethel on the edge of Snowdonia National park & just 1 mile off the National Coastal path. Blencathra Bach is a cosy one room studio at the back of the main house, is ideal as a base to enjoy some of the amazing things the area of North Wales has to offer. The studio is not suitable for more than 2 people sharing the sofa bed. You will have private access to the studio via the back gate of the main property, and we operate a sleep check in process. Please note the studio is located in the garden of the main property but is not attached to the main house. The studio has a sofa bed - which is a small double - all bedding & linen are provided, you have a private wash room with toilet & sink in the studio. There are full bathroom facilities in the main house which are available for use on arrangement between the hours of 0900 to 2100hrs. You have tea & coffee facilities & a toaster for your use in the studio. In the village, just 5 minutes walk away, is a locally run independent cafe that serves teas, coffee, cake and breakfasts. Please note that we are only in a small village therefore all other amenities are found in the surrounding villages/ towns around 1.5 to 2 miles away. Guests have access to the shared garden space, including the decking area with outdoor seating. The studio is in the garden of the main property. Guests can contactme via the app at any time, or on my mobile number. I give guest privacy to go about their stay independently, however I am available if they want me. Caernarfon castle/ zip world / Snowdon / Wales costal path Due to our rural location, having a car or bike to get around would be essential. The village itself only has a cafe, therefore to access other amenities/ shops / food establishments etc you would need to travel to one of the surrounding villages and towns. Caernarfon is only 3 miles away which has a number of supermarkets, pubs, food establishments and other shops. Blencathra Bach is ideally situated, just 3 miles from the historic town of Caernarfon, where you can visit the local pubs, cafes, restaurants and take trip to wonder at the historic Caernarfon Castle and 8 miles from the City of Bangor, known as the 'city of learning' which is an historic University City, and where you can find the second longest Pier in Wales. You will be just 11 miles from Pen Y Pass to begin your climb up Wales highest peak. Other places of interest would be Zip World in Bethesda 6 miles, Tree Tops Adventure 18 mile, Beddgelert 16 miles, Portmeirion 26 miles, Betws Y Coed 24 miles any many more including easy access to the Llyn Peninsula.
