Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Glam decor and TVs throughout. You can even watch TV as you relax in the jet tub, after getting a good workout in our home gym! We have everything you need! A short 5 min drive to grocery stores and many restaurants nearby. Close to hiking and wineries! Take a walk around the neighborhood and enjoy lake views. BBQ by the fire pit with the propane grill. There are so many options here! Seasonal pool. Come enjoy Southern IL! Large open concept kitchen, dining and living room area. Screened in sunroom by the pool. Front porch with seating options to look out at the lake. Garage gym complete with bench press, row machine, free weights and more! The entire home is yours with the exception of our locked office. This is our primary residence so we do have to store some items to keep them out of your way :) Please let yourself in with the touch screen keypad on the front door. We won’t be around, but we are only a text/phone call away :) AWESOME location! Our neighborhood is a beautiful area to walk, with gorgeous, unique homes situated around the lake. Hungry? You’re only 5 minutes to the grocery store and less than 10 minutes to multiple restaurants. Our personal favorites are Walt’s for pizza and Mercantile on Main for a one of a kind coffee and ice cream shop! Their store is also full of great gifts, so make sure to take home some Southern Illinois souvenirs :) A car would be recommended, however it does seem that Lyft and Uber are now servicing the Marion, IL community. While kids are welcome we do want to note that the decor of our home is not particularly kid-friendly, especially for little ones. Please ensure your children’s safety by never leaving them unattended in the pool. We are not liable for any accidents on our property.
