No.40 - Located in a quiet village near Lincoln

This newly built property is located within a quiet, friendly neighborhood in the picturesque village of Branston. All rooms are recently decorated to high standard with a clean, modern finish. Branston provides access to the fabulous countryside, with the city of Lincoln and famous Lincolnshire Wolds in easy reach. The property is lived in during the week but will be entirely private during your stay. Upon entering the property there is a fully equipped kitchen, including all appliances. The downstairs WC is large and the main bathroom is located upstairs between the two bedrooms. The lounge and dining area has a sofa suitable for two but there is a corner chair and dining benches for additional seating. The lounge leads into a private garden should the weather be nice enough to sit outdoors. The master bedroom is finished to a high standard and includes a dressing area. The second bedroom has a daybed which can be easily transformed into a double bed for two. In this bedroom is the walk in wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk should you wish to use. Guests will be greeted upon arrival and be provided with a key. Check in is from 4pm and check out before 11am. High speed Wi-Fi is available, along with Netflix on the lounge TV. The property has a private driveway for 2 cars at the back of the house and ample on street parking. Branston is a large village in Lincolnshire situated approximately 4 miles from Lincoln City Centre. With a newly built bypass and regular buses, it's only a 10 minute journey into town. Branston has a pub, the Waggon and Horses, and a bit farther along the High Street is the Home Guard Club. Branston Hall Hotel, within walking distance, has a bar that is open to visitors and residents and beautiful views across their grounds. There is a café on the High Street and a Co-op on Station Road along with a fish & chip shop and a Chinese takeaway within the village. Within walking distance there are also tennis courts, a skate park and lawns for bowls.
