Fully equipped “Chefs” kitchen and super comfortable lounge area with 55inch Smart TV & sound bar for movie nights in! 6 seater farmhouse dining table for the family. Watch the wildlife from the comfort of the centrally heated conservatory. Private 45ft mooring, fishing all year. Ground Floor Enter into the huge conservatory overlooking your own 45 foot mooring with deck & safety ladder. Sit In comfort to watch an array of wildlife including Kingfishers, Swans, Geese, Ducks, Crested Grebes, Heron and sometimes Muntjac Deer. From the conservatory you enter the lounge diner with farmhouse dining table for 6 guests. The super comfortable lounge faces a 55 inch smart TV with sound bar for movie nights in style. Enter the fully equipped chef style kitchen and cook up a storm whilst still interacting with your guests The downstairs shower and WC is just before the master bedroom with it’s super king bed and 60 inch TV. First floor. Here you have a very comfortable super king bedroom with teas made for your early morning cuppa! Across the landing and past the huge mirrored wardrobe you have the second bedroom with two single beds, TV and WC. Access is via the conservatory. The whole lodge is yours with parking for at least 4 vehicles Children and dogs should always be supervised because of the closeness of the river A life saving ring and 4 life jackets are supplied Private Riverside Marina with beautiful country walks, all year round fishing & lots of birds and wildlife. You can walk or drive in to the marina The pretty village of Isleham is only a 2 minute drive and boasts 3 pubs. The Griffin which serves an excellent Sunday Roast, The Rising Sun and the renowned gastro pub the Merry Monk. The late opening COOP is great for all your grocery needs There is also a Chinese takeaway . The beautiful Cathedral City of Ely is only a 20 minute drive and the historic horse racing town of Newmarket is the same distance Both have all the facilities you would expect.
