Sunny, south-facing double room, with paddock and garden views. It is a very quiet location with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. You will have your own parking space on the property. We have a small and friendly dog called Basil. My wife works from home during the day so we ask guests to be mindful of this. We know you will be very comfortable and cosy. Two bedroom, semi-detached property, with living room and kitchen area. Newly renovated bathroom and sunny south-facing conservatory. Parking on-site and free street parking. Local shops are less than 5 miles and the convenience store is within easy walking distance. The Peak District is less than a 15-minute drive away. We will be on-hand throughout the day to help and guide you. However, my wife works from home and it is worth noting that this property would not be suitable someone staying at the property throughout the day during the working week. Guest that go out during their stay would be preferable. We have parking, local bus route is a 2 minute walk with busses every hour and Alfreton train station 12 minute drive away. We have a small dog that lives at the property. He's is very friendly.
