Huge secure undercover carport (will fit boat and car), rear verandah and fully fenced rear yard. Sit on the front deck overlooking cottage garden and take in the distant views to Ardrossan and Black Point. Pets are allowed inside on tiled areas (including master bedroom) - furrkids will love the enclosed rear verandah and fenced yard. Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with tiled floor leads on to enclosed rear verandah and carport. Kitchen and bathroom was renovated in September 2021. Lounge has new 50" Smart TV and leather lounge. Views from the front deck to sea and distant Ardrossan jetty. 5 minute walk to beach and cliff top walk which is part of 'Walk the Yorke' coastal trail. Guests are to bring own linen (sheets and towels) or linen can be hired via cleaning service at $25 per queen and $15 per single bed. Motor vehicle is required to access the house. Bus transport from Adelaide to township of Ardrossan - 3 kms away. Quiet cul-de-sac with permanent neighbours on both sides. Rear view overlooks cropped paddock. 3 streets back from waterfront about 5 minutes walk. 3km walk into Ardrossan on cliff top walk which is part of 'Walk the Yorke'. Ardrossan and its beaches are renown blue swimmer crabbing sites in months between September and April each year. 2 crabbing rakes and a tub with crab measures are available for guest use. Jetty fishing at Ardrossan, beach fishing at Tiddy Widdy with several boat ramps in the area.
