Relax with your loved ones at this peaceful place to stay. Entirely private ground level apartment located in Shoreview. Includes queen bed, sofa bed in living room, partial kitchen, full bathroom, onsite washer/dryer, wood burning fireplace and fenced backyard. Keyless self-check in at the front entrance door and there is a separated entrance door for the lower level apartment. Guests may park two cars on the driveway. The entryway and laundry are the only shared spaces. The unit is the basement level of a split level home. Common entrance door, but private door to the basement. Guests are allowed access to lower level only, as the upper level is currently occupied. Guests may also enjoy relaxing in the fenced backyard/patio area. May also use laundry which is also on the lower level. Host works during the day but could be available when needed. Feel free to message any time.
