This is a bright and airy space, newly refurbished, with large panoramic windows making the best of the views of the Solent and woodland from the lounge window and balcony all day long. It is a peaceful setting with lots to explore on site or just sit back and enjoy the vista! Situated on Thorness Bay. Nr Cowes the home is on the North side of the Island in a slightly elevated position enabling good views of the Bay. There is an Ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom. Twin beds in bedroom 2 and comfortable seating areas with a pull out double sofa bed in the lounge. Please note that this is a small double so might not be suitable for 2 larger adults. Separate table and dining area with substantial well maintained kitchen. The property has recently been refurbished to a stylish and very good standard. Good balcony and decking area outside with furniture. Excellent heating, so stays warm and cosy during the winter months. This is an ideal space for couples, a small group of adults (up to 5 ideal) or families with children. There is an adventure play ground, in door pool, restaurant, entertainment lounge, convenience store and fish and chip shop a short walk away and the beach is 5-10 minute stroll from the property. From the 19th March - October there is a convenience store, fish and chip shop, restaurant, heated indoor swimming pool, adventure playground, nature trail, a restaurant and an entertainments lounge open on the site. Lauderette open all year round. This is all within walking distance. We have 2 very friendly cleaners and maintenance people near by to help with any issues. Good security on site 24/7. Our new cleaners deep clean between all short stays and long stays including laundry change over up to a 5 star standard. Bedding and towels provided and beds made up on arrival. Mobile home is deep cleaned between each guests visits. Good phone signal and internet mobile boosters work well . Ample plug sockets. March 19th -October 31st- there is an in door swimming pool open, fish and chip shop , restaurant and entertainments lounge on the site. All within walking distance. Swimming passes can be bought from the site reception at approx' £12.50 per adult and approx' £8.50 per child. You just need one pass for the duration of your stay for unlimited swimming.
