This is a beautifully appointed, fully furnished and kitted-out apartment (50sqm space). 1 double and 1 single bedroom, ample storage space and in-built wardrobe in main room as well as a large wardrobe in single room. Living room is comfy, homely and spacious with combined dining area (leather chairs and oak table, all dining utensils/wineglasses etc available). 3 seater and 1 seater Italian furniture, great artwork, large scale double-doors open to amazing views of the marina area at Apsley Lock. Apsley railway station right at the back (30mins to Euston) and 10mins to Watford Junction. Next stop is Hemel Hempstead and precious is Kings Langley. Apsley is 20-25 minutes from Harry Potter studios in Leavesden near Watford. Storage heaters throughout the property. Allocated free parking number 8 is in the back of the property in front of the main entrance to the building off the main road and in secure/CCTV area. You will need to provide your car registration, make/colour in advance as the area is monitored. PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is not kitted out with baby/infant equipment, toys and other baby-care items.
