Hospedaria Lampião - near Reconquinho River Beach!

Hospedaria Lampião is located on the banks of the Mondego river in Penacova. We are right at Estrada Nacional 2 (km 238) in Penacova. Scenic views of the countryside available in 4 bedrooms, remaining 3 facing road side. This ad is for room with road side view only. There is a gasoline station right beside the property. We are located roughly 20km away from Lousã and Coimbra. This ad is for one road side room only. There are 7 bedrooms available in total in the property, all with a private bathroom. There are no TV's in the rooms. Rooms for 3 people: There are only 2 rooms available for 3 people. The 3-person rooms feature a double bed (195x140) and a single bed (180x100). Please contact management to confirm availability before making a reservation. Rooms for 2 people: All rooms have a double bed. We do not have twin beds available. We do not have extra beds available. There is no Internet available for guests for the moment, we are working to add this feature. Please consider other properties if free high speed wi-fi is relevant for your stay. The rooms are private and for the use of guests occupying them only. Reception area and parking are shared facilities available. Restaurant and café are closed for the moment, we are working to have them reopened in the coming months. We do not have 24h reception. Keys to access property are provided at check-in. We require a 10€ deposit for the keys, which are returned when given back to host. Reception open from 7:00 AM to 09:00 PM (week days) and 7:30 AM to 09:00 PM (weekends). Management will be on hand to assist with whatever is needed. Out of hours assistance possible provided it is arranged in advance or by phone call. We are on the route of Estrada Nacional 2 (EN2)! Present your passport for us to stamp your ticket at km 238 in Penacova! There are historical routes as well as sporting routes for all tastes. The building does not have adjoining neighbors, being isolated next to the National Road nº 2 and the Penacova bridge over the Mondego River, the longest river that starts in the Portuguese territory. There are public transport nearby Hospedaria Lampião but at scarce times. Check the available timetables and connections with Transdev bus operator. Taxi service is available nearby. It's highly recommended to rent a car to be able to visit all local points of interest. Lampião Gas station is available next to Hospedaria Lampião. Roadside rooms may have occasional noise and trepidation due to heavy duty trucks passing by any time of day or night. Most of the time the road in front is quiet though. There is some tourist's information available at the property and hosts are happy to recommend or suggest any requested activity.
