A beautiful large town centre property split over 2 storeys with private ground floor entrance and utility on ground floor with office/accomodation on 1st(2nd) floor. Can sleep up to 6 adults. Enjoys the hustle and bustle with amenities close by. The property being town centre is located above a takeaway restaurant with a small pub nearby - their back door is near the rear bedroom so some noise especially during the weekends may be expected. Please bear this in mind when booking. The property has been renovated and restored with stunning original features retained. The large living room is commonly used to hold small meetings and is comfortable for office use. Central heating throuout, 100mbps virgin media business wifi 2.4g/5g, well equipped kitchen including pots pans oven cooker fridge with tea and coffee making facilities. 55" 4k smart tv with streaming services (account required for some) - no ariel connection for live tv. You will have use of the full property. Entry will be via lockbox with pin privided before arrival. We love to give guests their privacy to enjoy their time at the property, but we are always on hand should you need us. This property is located in Denny town centre, so the area is fairly lively during the day. Pubs and restaurants close by 11pm. The property is located on the main throughfare, so frequent traffic passing by is to be expected. The town centre has a selection of shops including a large co-op, greggs, boots pharmacy, library, as well as some independently run cafes and ice-cream shops. There is a Sainsburys and Iceland located nearby. If you have time to explore the area we highly reccomend visiting some local attractions. The Carron Glen wildlife reserve stretches for miles and can be accessed by foot via dunipace or car via fankerton. A trip to the Blue Pool before heading to the remains of torwood located on the outskirts of Denny towards larbert provides a great walk with interesting landmarks along the way. Chacefield wood is a great woodland walk managed by forestry scotland it is great for a walk or cycle with the family. The Antonine wall runs through the area with many attractions along the route. The canal networks can be accessed easily nearby. There is a frequent bus service operated by first Bus with great connections to surrounding towns/cities of Falkirk, Stirling, and Glasgow. If coming by car there is free on street parking on "the vennel" which the rear of property looks over. Train services can be accessed by nearby Larbert, camelon, Falkirk and Stirling.
