My home overlooks the beach and golf course at Alcaidesa, with great views to Gibraltar and Africa. There are beach bars, and a couple of restaurants close by and I am only 10 mins drive to Puerto Sotogrande, 15 mins by car to the border with Gibraltar. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers looking for some peace and quiet. The house is a permanent home for me and my cat and I enjoy making guests feel welcome. A car is required to truely enjoy this area best You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the light. My house is a typically rustic Andalusian town house, with terracotta tiles, and a large open fireplace in the lounge. In the winter it is cosy and warm, and in the summer the house is full of light. My garden is a great place to relax with a book, or sunbathe and it is a 2 minute walk to the communal salt water swimming pool. I have one guest double bedroom available with a private shower room on a separate floor of the house. My guests have shared access to a large kitchen, dining area, and lounge with open fireplace. Outside, there is a lovely garden, overlooking the sea with an outside dining area. Breakfasts during the week are self service, but at weekends I enjoy providing breakfast for those guests who want it, either in the house, or al fresco in the garden. As a professional Tantra Practitioner, I can offer Tantra massage sessions for individuals and couples, half day and full day courses on Tantric practice, in my dedicated Tantric Temple in my home. Peaceful, quiet and rural, with a limited public bus service to the town of La Linea. A car is necessary in my location, but you can park on my drive, or on the street close by. There is also a limited bus service from the center of Alcaidesa to La Linea and the frontier with Gibraltar. Walking on the beach, relaxing in the local beach bars, or visiting the many beautiful historical places, Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba, Cadiz, or Jerez del la Frontera, all of which are within 2 hours drive from my house. Gibraltar is also a popular tourist attraction, with tours, duty free shopping and many interesting historical attractions. I am happy to advise on places to go and things to see.
