A quaint & peaceful ground floor double bedroom with patio doors leading to your own private courtyard garden. Shared facilities upstairs include bathroom & kitchen. Use of private on site gym (booking required). Very quite location with beautiful surrounding countryside. A village, 3 towns at easy access of 5-7 miles distance and direct access to central London by train. This is the perfect location to do as little or as much as you’d like. Your private space will be the ground floor double bedroom and courtyard. Shared space is the kitchen, bathroom on the first floor and grassed garden. There is a private gym which you can access during certain hours. As your host I am happy to be available when you need or leave you in peace, which ever you prefer. I maybe be available for check in or you may use the self check in system in place depending on my work schedule. There is a village high street a 2 minute walk away containing restaurants, supermarkets, typical English pubs, a post office, hair dressers, beauty salons and more. Warner bros studios, is a 20 minute walk away or a 5 minute bus ride. The property is surrounded by beautiful countryside walks & hikes. Also a 5 mile drive to Watford town centre 7 mile drive to St Albans (plenty of Roman history). 30 minute train to central London. It is easy to get about here whether by car, bus, train or on foot. There is a local village high street a 2 minutes walk away. 3 Chihuahuas live here but will not be allowed in your area!
