This property offers a peaceful and relaxing holiday. we have a local shop in the village run by local volunteers offering a good friendly service with an array of local produce. Next to the shop is the village recreation ground with a designated play area suitable for a game of football or even a picnic. The local Old Fox pub and restaurant is a 5 minute walk from the cottage , a very popular place to eat and it would be advisable to book in advance to avoid disappointment. A newly converted building into a stunning cottage situated on the edge of Coaley village in the cotswolds. Just 1.25km away are the fantastic views from Coaley peak looking across the Severn vale to Lydney and the Malvern hill. there is free ample parking to access the Cotswold way. This cottage is surrounded by open fields and countryside views. The private access has its own gated entrance with gravel drive with parking for up to two cars. The down stairs is accessed through the entrance door and leads into a hallway with cloakroom and separate utility area including washer/dryer. From the hallway a door leading into the open plan living area, which consists of a sofa bed two comfy armchairs a wood burner and a 50 inch smart TV with Netflix. The dining area has a solid oak sideboard with drawers, cupboard and a wine rack, an oval dining table that can easily seat up to six people. The fully fitted kitchen area comprises of an induction hob, oven and grill, fridge, freezer, and ample cupboard storage with cooking utensils for a fully self catering holiday. From the dining area there is a double French window leading to the patio and hot tub. In the parking area there is a charging facility for your electrical top up. The upstairs is accessed by the stairs leading from the entrance hallway to the bedroom which consists of a luxury king size bed with 3 dresser units, dressing table and built in wardrobe with hangers. The bedroom is light and airy with beautiful views and a doorway leading to the fully tiled modern en-suite bathroom with back to wall toilet, two drawer vanity unit, towel rail and an extra radiator, 180cm long walk in shower with fixed shower head and flexible shower ideal for children. This cottage boasts an eco friendly air heat source pump system with hot water cylinder. Towels and white linen are included. A welcome pack selection will be provided.
