Enjoy nice days in new, centrally located, stylish accommodation approx. 41m²! Within walking distance of 2 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes to the university of applied sciences, living room approx. 22m², kitchen approx. 10m², toilet + shower + washroom approx. 5m², anteroom / cloakroom approx. Basement! Garden / joint use! Code system. 2 minutes away-the beautiful Sparkassenpark with water fountains! The basement has been completely redesigned (2020/21), has underfloor heating, living space ventilation and several lighting options in all rooms. When visitors come, the wooden glass table can be extended to accommodate up to 6 people. Shutters were installed in November 21! The kitchen is equipped with the most important cookware, kettle, coffee maker, mini oven, stove, cutlery, 6 dessert + dinner plates, tea cups, tea box. There are at least 3 different organic fruit juices and enough biocola available, please enter it in the list on the fridge and put money in the coffee pork or leave it in cash. Thanks very much :-) Welcome! There is a code at the front door, and a key safe / or key is handed over at the apartment door, the codes are announced in person or by telephone on arrival, and a briefing takes place. Parking is possible during the week on arrival in the evening and at the weekend at the commuter parking lots, and otherwise in the street free of charge. We are a 2-minute walk from the train station :-) Please leave the settings for temperature and living space ventilation as they were found. Thanks very much! Pets, only small, calm, well-behaved dogs up to approx. 30 cm in size are welcome, who take care of the seat cushions! No cats. The garden can be shared with pleasure, there is a lush green garden with roses, dirndl bush, Uhudler, kiwi ... :-) Breakfast can also be enjoyed in the covered pergola :-) Please ONLY smoke in the garden - NOT in front of the house entrance door!
