Large bedroom in a massive house 2km's from the CBD of Mackay with two fully equipped areas to choose from - upstairs or downstairs - with each area having it's own kitchen, bathroom and living areas. Downstairs has the bonus of a pool table as well. The resort-style saltwater swimming pool can be viewed from the deck or from the downstairs patio. Both areas have comfortable outdoor seating and eating areas. There is also a grassed area with seating under two beautiful Maringa trees where you can watch various honey-eaters and finches flit about sampling the flowers or insects Parking is on private land and is free. There is a bus stop just down the road with a very regular service passing my front door several times a day. Although the house is close to the CBD and on the bus line for anywhere within the local district, it’s a very quiet street with generally only local traffic Personal pick up from Mackay Airport if I am available. Drop off can be considered as a similar arrangement. On the bus route for anywhere you wish to go in Mackay and surrounding districts (Sarina) • Hospital, airport, CBD, Paget industrial area, racecourse, stadium and Botanical Gardens all within 3 km’s • CQU Ooralea campus and Mackay Marina within 6.5 km’s.
