Trevallas holiday home with a view

Charming family holiday home situated on a well-equipped holiday park in a brilliant location on the Cornish Coast, just 10 minutes from the A30. The home is a great base for exploring Cornwall. Just a 5 minute drive from beautiful Perranporth and its famous beach, you have a host of pubs, restaurants and shops within arm’s reach. The village of St Agnes is a 5 minute drive in the other direction and offers dog friendly beaches and rural charm. The home is clean and cosy; perfect for families, couples and friends. You will find an open plan living space with a sofa bed on the ground floor and two good-sized bedrooms and a family bathroom upstairs. In the lounge area you will find an electric fire, comfy sofas and a TV with a DVD player and Freeview. There are also a range of books, DVD’s and board games for our guests to use. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary basics for cooking and there is also a small dining table. The holiday park has an indoor pool, entertainment and a club house serving food and alcohol but please note during the low season (Oct-April) all of these facilities are closed. The car park and grounds remain open. Available on the phone for any issues during your stay. In emergencies I am not far away. Electricity/heating, bed linen and towels are all included but you will need to bring your own beach towels. One well behaved dog is permitted, but please note they cannot be left unattended. No smoking allowed.
