Patterson Park Tiny Studio - Owners Live On Site

On half an acre of land, the owners (husband & wife) live only 25mtrs away if you need anything. Surrounded by some bushland and accessible to the owners back yard. Say hi to the fur baby, ( Schnauzer ) Two neighbours but they're very very quiet. Tiny studio space, no kitchen, no shower, hand shower in bath, no wall/door to hide toilet. Quiet location. Not much storage, bring light suit cases. Very cosy. Outdoor table/chairs,Hammocks. Studio only suitable for 2people. STRICKLY NO PETS ONSITE PLS The studio is one small space with a shower curtain blocking the view of the bath and toilet. The space is small but great if you are solo or with your partner, if you are planning to meet someone during your solo stay, be mindful that there is no privacy whilst using the toilet. The studio is tiny with modern fixtures and fittings with a touch of country thrown in. Very comfortable and offers you enough room for a couple of nights to chill and relax. The sofa bed opens out when you need it, it does take half of the studio space when opened but it is extremely comfortable. The owners are happy for you to walk the grounds and enjoy the views. PLEASE be mindful that there is a dog onsite and that no other animals are permitted on the property. The owners are always reachable via their mobile numbers . Very quiet location. The studio is approximately 2.1km walk into town. Lots of hills, so bring your walking shoes. Patterson street is a dirt road with lose stones, just be aware of this if you are driving a nice car. The property has outside parking onsite and away from the street. You are welcome to sit outside on the property, picnic on the grounds or cook outside on an electric pan, the owners have one and would be happy to give one to you to use. Lots of walking tracks, close to lake daylesford and jubilee lake. Do some fishing, canoeing etc. You will need a car to take advantage of what the town has to offer and especially if you want to buy gifts or do a stint of shopping. A mountain bike could come in handy, leave it in our back shed, it's pretty safe.
