2-bedroom 1940's house has a full kitchen, bathroom with tub, large living room with a separate dining room, porch, patio, and office in a bedroom. This 800 sq. ft. is laid out in a way everyone has room. Sitting in the country on 7.5 acers this is a unique stay just outside Lebanon. 4 Kayaks are available for an extra charge. This home was located in down town Lebanon prior to it's resting place today. My grand father moved it from town out to the property in the 60's. 4 generations have been raised in our family in this house, i was brought home from the hospital to this wonderful farm home. We have kept it original as possible with my grand father and father putting there own touches and finishes in. The house has a blend metal and wood cabinet mixture stocked with dishes and food. The bedrooms are perfect size meeting your needs with dressers and closets. The living room has 2 leather couches with end tables and a arm gas fire place that heats the hole house plenty warm, to warm if you want it that way. The neighborhood is rural. The house sits on 7+ acres with Oak creek cutting through it. The creek is accessible, we ask that guest stay away from the shop, equipment and construction material piles. The south view of the property is Perterson's Butte. I grew up in this neighborhood and love it. It is safe and all the neighbors are friendly. Minimal traffic with some large farm equipment working the fields around us can be found at random times. Deer, turkey, rabbit, fox, eagles and other wild life are always around sharing the neighborhood. Parking for the house is located in the front off the main road, a map will be given. For people that are traveling with trailers, campers or RV's we can accommodate for added costs. Contact us with details for further rates. There is a dog on the property that is named Dudley. He is a lover and a snuggler. He is not aggressive or a risk to anyone. Do not steal Dudley. This is an old farm house with it's own personality with generations of family's being raised in, it is not a colda-sack home. The kitchen, bathroom and bed room is fully furnished with food in the cabinets and laundry accommodations including soap and bleach.
