Arc Pavilion is an eco, Tiny House on wheels, clad in Scandinavian, geometric timber exterior with an outstanding countryside views towards the ocean to the north, with a luxurious interior with hand-made furniture and artistic fit out by the hosts. The Tiny House sits next to Tasmanian bushland, but also sits on a certified organic farm; guests also have access to a private garden around the Tiny House, including a vegetable garden of their own during their stay. The Tiny House is self-contained, with self-check-in (via a key box - check-in details are emailed upon booking). The Tiny House includes a living space (including a fireplace), kitchenette, ensuite luxurious bathroom (including double-shower), bedroom and a seperate toilet in a seperate Tiny House room (split-system compost toilet). The Tiny House is surrounded by large deck areas, outdoor dining table, yoga deck and newly established garden spaces. Kitchen: Sink, bar fridge with seperate freezer, wine cooler and wine rack, Mini bar, Induction cooktop, Coffee pod machine, coffee plunger, All cooking utensils, crockery etc. Wall-mounted tablet is provided and available to use, including internet and free WIFI. Parking is provided alongside the Tiny House. Arc Pavilion is located in the countryside, 10-minutes drive from the CBD of Devonport. The house sits in it's own private paddock/newly established garden with private driveway. On check-in, to unlock the Tiny House, there is a key-box containing the key.
