This guest suite is in the basement level of host's home. It is completely private with own entrance and no shared spaces. The temperature controls for the unit are controlled by hosts, but heaters and fan are provided. Temperatures will always be set at a comfortable level. Guests are welcome to request an adjustment if they are not comfortable.
