The main bedroom features a queen bed and attached 1/2 bath. Main bedroom also has access to full bath. Guest bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and is located directly off vaulted living space. Enjoy your breakfast and evenings on the spacious screened in patio, complete with TV and fireplace (perfect spot to watch college football and cheer on your favorite SEC team!). 2 dedicated parking spaces located on community maintained gravel parking area, only steps to the front door. There are 2 on-site property managers who will be available as needed. The Village at Kowliga Bay Community dock available, boat slips are first come/first serve. Gym and pool available for guest use. **Water levels are considerably lower in Nov-Mid March due to the lowering of the lake level. Cannot guarantee the use of docks/ramp during this time.**
