Take in Croston’s picture postcard cottages, historic homes, a church that dates back to William the Conqueror and a cobbled packhorse bridge, created in the 15th century, which crosses the River Yarrow. Don't miss Church Street itself, which has rightly been described as one of the best preserved rows of 17th century cottages in Lancashire. Our Aires Glamping Pod has some unique features, including retro style appliances, large decking area and to bring the outside in there is Velux windows. Showers and Toilets are in a communal block There is a reception on site where you can check in between 3PM-5PM any time after that there is a park warden on till 9PM. • Check in time 3pm • Check out time 10am There is a pub called The Highfield and that is situated directly opposite the park. There are many other attractions in the area such as, Heskin Hall, which is a shopping centre, and Worden Park that are both a 10 minute drive away. For younger children there is Windmill Animal Farm that is just a 20 Minute drive away and for the nature lovers there is Fairy Glen which has a perfect view of the stream that can be seen through the lovely tree shaded hiking trail. There is a bus stop that is a 5 minute walk from the park and that goes from Chorley Interchange to Southport. The bus runs every day apart from Sundays. This is the 347 bus
