This 2-story home has been professionally designed, outfitted with local Hawaiian furniture and new appliances, set up specifically for guests who need an extended stay in Oahu. Inside you'll find 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and enough room to sleep 10 comfortably: + Master Bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom, private patio, walk-in closet, double vanity, TV with Roku + Guest Bedroom #1 located on the first floor with Queen bed and closet; bathroom located just outside of the room + Guest Bedroom #2 located on the 2nd floor with Queen bed and closet; shares bathroom with #3 + Guest Bedroom #3 located on the 2nd floor with Queen bed and closet; shares bathroom with #2 + Sunroom located on the 2nd floor and has writing desk with trundle that consists of (2) single beds We've done our best to stock the home with as many amenities as possible, including but not limited to: + Premium Coffee and Tea Bar + Family-friendly board games + BBQ gas grill + Nutribullet and standard blender + Paper products + Organic spices and condiments + Basic cooking utensils, including a full set of pots and pans + Outdoor dining table with additional seating for up to 10 people + Brand new cotton lace Hammock + Corn hole and Giant Jenga + Lush landscaping, fragrant Plumeria tree, and lime tree Booking Policies: + 18% taxes are required for each booking under 180 days -- this may or may not be included in your booking total but will need to be collected before check-in regardless. Please check booking details to verify. + Security Deposits and Incidentals... A $100 Security Deposit is required for all bookings. All guests must sign a renter's agreement before arrival info is provided. + Cancellation Policy... We adhere strictly to the cancellation terms listed.
