Silver Birch Lodge

Our lodges are set in 6 acres of grounds offering a peaceful countryside experience in the heart of mid wales. The lodges all have outstanding views over the wildlife pond & surrounding countryside. Fully central heated, with a king size bed & also a double sofa bed complete with all bedding & towels. Each lodge has its own en suite shower room with WC, kitchenette ( 2 ring gas hob, combination microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster etc) with outside dining area on the large elevated decking. Nestled in the picturesque Vyrnwy Valley and overlooking our large wildlife pond, the lodges offer outstanding views and a warm place to stay. The lodges are walking distance from a rural pub which is currently closed for refurbishment, however there are 2 pub/restaurants 1 mile away in the village of llansantffraid. Accessed off the pub car park, private parking is available for the lodges. The lodges keys are accessed via a lockbox system where you will receive a code before your arrival. Once parked, there is a footpath down to each lodge. We are on and off site, so if you need any assistance during your stay, please call the number provided or take a look in our reception cabin for further contact details. We are only a mile from the nearest village of llansantffraid which offers shops, petrol station, pubs, post office & take aways. The nearest electric car charging point is in Oswestry approximately 8 miles away. The nearest railway station is in Welshpool or Gobowen. Our rural location means that the best form of transport is by car, however the location is perfect for walking, cycling mountain biking etc We have a reception cabin full of local information to help you explore the Welsh countryside and all it has to offer.
