Idyllic, rural, farm retreat in the Cotswolds

A charming, rural, countryside b 'n' b retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds. I have a three bedroom cottage set on a farm estate within 1/3 acre of land to include 2 chickens and 1 duck. I am offering two bedrooms (one large double and a small single) as part of a house share and breakfast if needed. The cottage is near the village of Wootton nr Woodstock and perfect for exploring the local area including Blenheim Palace (5 minutes drive away) and has great access routes to Oxford City Centre.
